Boost Performance. Build Careers.

AI-Driven Coordination & Tracking

Frontline Gig is an AI-powered apprenticeship and skills intelligence platform designed to help companies recruit and train underemployed, untapped climate talent—individuals with limited formal academic experience—to support energy and environmental jobs.   Our platform connects individuals to work and paid training opportunities tailored to their starting point.  As an employer, you get the most updated view of the local talent landscape for resilience, greening and electrification projects.

How It Works

Contractor Services

Frontline is active in 10 cities. We prepare hourly talent to support light-weight operations and maintenance work on climate projects - ranging from vegetation management to electrification equipment installation.  We work with employers and workforce partners to activate the local hourly talent networks.  This flexible approach makes it easy to support community engagement goals while managing project costs.

Curriculum

Frontline uses flexible, hourly, starter gigs to connect entry-level talent to opportunity. Each gig is also an evaluation opportunity that powers AI the algorithms that support career development.

Traditional full-time apprenticeships only work for 35% of the people who want a chance to learn and earn. They are too long and rigid. Frontline is talking a different approach - one that prioritizes community connection and personalized skills-building - supporting entry-level talent with work experiences that help them find their spot in the green economy.

Community

Strategic partnerships with national training organizations and climate tech companies help us connect talent to best-in-class training opportunities while ensuring underinvested neighborhoods benefit from the emerging technology investments that increase resilience and improve quality of life.
Locally, we partner with trusted anchor institutions to drive adoption of green economy infrastructure. This adoption, in turn, drives demand for new skills and opens up opportunities to support the economic mobility of entry-level talent.
